MOBIHEL Clear Coat 2K 1L + 0.5L Hardener (Standard or Fast)

The Mobihel 2:1 Clearcoat AirDry combines the many performance and versatility advantages that Mobihel car paints generally offer:

• This clearcoat is suitable for all partial repairs on your vehicle.
• One of its special features is its drying speed: Expect 1 hour for air drying (20°) and only 5 minutes for forced drying (60°)!
• Once the clearcoat is dry and cool, it can be polished if you need to touch up a small imperfection on the body part.
• After application, the clearcoat has a high gloss.
• Its drying time saves real time and thus increases profitability.

Tip for applying Mobihel AirDry Clearcoat

• Please note that when applying to Mobihel solvent base, 10% 2K hardener must be added. The optimal choice of hardener would be Mobihel 2K 1000 or 2K High Solid 4100.
• The Mobihel AirDry Clearcoat is used 2:1 with Mobihel hardener for air-drying clearcoats 40119801 .
• If you apply the clearcoat with a spray gun, prefer a nozzle of 1.2 or 1.3 mm and a pressure of 2 or 2.5 bar, at a distance of about 25 centimeters.
• For the number of coats, we recommend one full coat with a film thickness of 50-60 micrometers.
• If you apply multiple coats, we recommend waiting 3 minutes between each coat.
