Terms and Conditions (Shopify – Online Shop)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our Shopify online shop.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations in the Shopify shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany and to selected EU countries. The delivery time is specified in the respective offer.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in the Shopify shop:
- Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- PayPal
- Klarna (if activated)
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Auto-Lack Cameleon, Rafał Kalisz, autolackcameleon@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail) of your decision.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
Return Costs
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipping and Delivery Conditions (Shopify)
Shipping Area
We deliver within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process and are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Times
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2–5 working days.
For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time can be 3–10 working days.
Please note that individually mixed car paints may have longer delivery times.
Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out by common shipping companies such as DHL or Hermes.
Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

Return and Refund Policy (Shopify)
Return Policy
Customers have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt (see Right of Withdrawal).
Conditions for Returns
- The goods must be unused and in their original packaging
- Custom-made products (e.g., individually mixed car paints) are excluded from exchange
- Opened or used products may be excluded from return
