GOLDCAR Glass Filler with Fiberglass

Fiberglass reinforces the repaired surface

GOLDCAR Glass Filler is a polyester filler with the addition of special, chopped glass fibers that increase the mechanical strength of the repair area. It is characterized by its exceptional malleability and sandability with high-grit abrasives. The ability to use higher grit abrasives (coarse sanding P120 – P150) and the filler's hardness, suitable for painting, prevent the formation of transitions between the filler and the repaired surface. This allows the filler to be applied directly under the primer.

Color: Green

The main advantages of GOLDCAR Glass Filler are:

Easy application – easy to apply and model, even on complex shaped components;
Easy processing – does not clog sandpaper;
Very good adhesion to the substrate;
Increases the mechanical strength of the repaired component.

Application areas: GOLDCAR Glass Filler is used to fill irregularities on steel, aluminum, and polyester-glass surfaces. It is suitable for manual and machine processing with dry abrasives. It can also be easily modeled in thicker layers on complex shaped surfaces. It does not clog sandpaper during sanding. It adheres very well to the substrate and is used, among other things, to strengthen surfaces weakened after body repairs, thereby increasing the mechanical strength of the repaired component.
