MOBIHEL Clear Coat 2K 5L + 2.5L Hardener Fast

The Mobihel 2:1 clearcoat AirDry clear lacquer combines the many performance and versatility advantages that Mobihel car paints generally offer:

• This clear coat is suitable for all partial repairs to your vehicle.
• One of its special features is its drying speed: allow 1 hour for air drying (20°) and only 5 minutes for forced drying (60°)!
• Once the clear coat is dry and cold, it can be polished if you need to correct a small imperfection on the body part.
• After application, the clear coat has a high gloss.
• Its drying time saves real time and thus increases profitability.

Tip for applying Mobihel Airdry clear coat

• Please note that when applying to Mobihel solvent-based products, 10% 2K hardener must be added. The optimal choice of hardener would be Mobihel 2K 1000 or 2K High Solid 4100.
• The Mobihel Airdry clear coat is used 2:1 with Mobihel hardener for air-drying lacquers 40119801.
• If you apply the clear coat with a spray gun, prefer a nozzle with 1.2 or 1.3 mm and a pressure of 2 or 2.5 bar, at a distance of about 25 centimeters.
• For the number of coats, we recommend one full coat with a film thickness of 50-60 micrometers.
• If you apply several coats, we recommend waiting 3 minutes between each coat.
