BLUE CAR-Body Filler with Aluminum Particles

Blue-Car body filler with aluminum content is a two-component polyester filler specially developed for use in vehicles. The addition of aluminum powder creates a particularly resistant yet flexible structure, characterized by low shrinkage and very good adhesion to various surfaces. It is ideal for filling larger and deeper imperfections as well as leveling large areas.

The body filler is temperature-resistant and can also be used on components exposed to higher thermal loads, as it dissipates heat well and remains stable. At the same time, it offers high resistance to vibrations, making it particularly suitable for bodywork. After curing, the material can be easily sanded both by hand and machine, ensuring a smooth, even surface.

The product can be applied to various substrates such as steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, old paint layers, or polyester laminates, making it versatile for professional painting and repair work. Processing involves mixing with a hardener, achieving rapid curing within minutes, which enables efficient work.
